Being month-to-month means their force of 200 employees are driven to continue winning your business. Employees for both service and products go through extensive training to provide exemplary 24/7 support. They offer the merchant friendly interchange-plus pricing and seasonal downtime and a nice range of equipment for businesses of all kinds and sizes with equipment for the spectrum of electronic payment processing.
Cons:
Such a big company would have their share of complaints, and they do have their share of complaints. Merchants have complained about certain rates and charges, improper programming of equipment or being provided wrong equipment, mistakes in account setup, statements submitted late or not timely, certain overcharges and double charges, long holdbacks on funds, difficulty in obtaining or slow crediting of charge reversals, and more. The Better Business Bureau has closed 69 complaints in the last 3 years, 26 over the past 12 months and rates the company A+, their highest rating.
