Cons:
Picky, Picky, Picky about who they pick. Acceptance/approval rate is around 95%. But if picked, it’s like a golden ticket. Direct customer service is Monday through Friday 9am-8pm (ET) but 24/7 with affiliates. Through affiliates, they selectively provide high risk, bad credit and international merchant account services. (High risk includes many categories, such as travel, multi-level marketing companies, high ticket electronics and jewelry, pharmaceuticals and supplements, adult, VOIP telephone services, event tickets, and more.)
