Cancel within the 30 days and there are no cancellation or other charges, only processing fees, plus there’s money back on purchased software and equipment (excluding leased equipment). They provide bank-direct merchant accounts, which results in savings. There are no hidden fees and they offer low, competitive rates, 24/7 U.S.-based customer service, and an array of equipment. They are full service to companies large and small—the range of retail, professional, mail & phone orders, Internet e-commerce, and home-based businesses. Through an affiliate, they accommodate high-risk (pharmaceutical, telemarketing, travel, infomercial, etc.) or outside the U.S. accounts but do not accept adult-related businesses.
Cons:
Their standard contract is 3 years and early cancellation can result in a $495 cancellation fee. A month-to-month program can be worked out with an upfront fee you can ask about.
